Kesäteatteri

The project Kesäteatteri consists of a series of ten self-portraits of the “director” carrying a beam for an outdoor stage construction during summertime in various forests and islands in the vicinity of Helsinki. The project is a commissioned work for a publication on “photographic score” directed bt visual artist Aurélie Pétrel. The image is shot with the character in the very centre so that when one reads the publication (booklet) the character disappears in the fold.
